DentistSEO, operated through Flor Technologies, provides marketing and technology services for dental businesses. The contact point for privacy questions is flor@flor.tel. This site is not a patient portal. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, treatment details or other patient information.
Business enquiry information
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, practice name, email, city, service interest and message, along with any phone number and website you choose to provide. We use these details to respond, assess the request and coordinate follow-up. Enquiries are saved in Flor’s lead management system. An operational notification is sent to the Flor team using Resend. The form’s consent relates to handling this enquiry; it does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Chat with Flor
Flor is an AI assistant. Chat messages are processed through our website infrastructure and OpenAI to generate a response. Only include information you are comfortable sharing for that purpose. Website chat context is kept for approximately 30 minutes in an isolated session; the provider may retain data according to its own applicable policies. A chat message is not automatically submitted as a sales lead. Use the enquiry form when you want the team to follow up.
Essential operation and security
Cloudflare serves the website and protects the enquiry and chat endpoints. The site uses request identifiers, limited operational records and rate limiting to process requests reliably and reduce abuse. A secure session cookie keeps the chat conversation together. An enquiry may be temporarily held while delivery to the lead system is confirmed. Temporary website copies of contact details are cleared after the delivery window, while the business enquiry record remains in Flor’s lead system as needed for follow-up and legitimate record keeping.
Optional Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only when you allow analytics through the cookie preference panel. It helps us understand page views and interactions such as opening chat or successfully submitting a lead. We do not intentionally send form contents, email addresses, phone numbers or chat messages to Analytics. Analytics identifiers and usage data may be processed by Google outside Canada. Global Privacy Control signals are treated as a preference to decline optional Analytics.
Service providers and retention
Cloudflare, OpenAI, Resend and Google support the functions described above and may process data in other jurisdictions under their applicable terms and safeguards. We retain business enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an engagement or meet applicable obligations. Contact us to discuss access, correction or deletion of information you have submitted. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
Your choices
You may browse without optional Analytics, avoid chat, or contact the team directly by email. You can change your Analytics preference at any time. To ask about your information or request a correction, write to flor@flor.tel with enough context to identify your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive patient information in that request.
